It governs your use of the website located at [b]valuebone.com[/b] (the "Site"), including its News feed, the "About" section, the Deep Kite promotional page, and the image/video gallery. By accessing or using the Site, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Site. Our secondary domain [b]valuebone.ch[/b] hosts no content of its own; it redirects all requests to the Site, and these Terms apply to that access in the same way.[/font_size]

[font_size=18]The Deep Kite section of the Site provides a gallery of promotional videos. The creative content of the videos displayed in these embeds is the intellectual property of ValueBone. However, you acknowledge that these videos are hosted and streamed by a third-party platform ([b]YouTube[/b]).

ValueBone is responsible for the creative content of the videos we create and upload. We are [b]not[/b] responsible for the technical performance, server availability, or data collection practices of the third-party platform. Your interaction with the embedded player is governed by that third party's separate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. ValueBone disclaims all liability arising from inaccuracies, errors, or technical failures attributable to the third-party delivery platform.[/font_size]

Third-party storefront names and logos displayed on the Site (e.g., Google Play, App Store, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) are used for identification purposes only and remain the trademarks of their respective owners; their display implies no affiliation with, or sponsorship or endorsement by, those owners.
